Built in 2019, this nine-bedroom oceanfront home offers convenience, top amenities, gorgeous decor, and everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The home features a main house and a guest house, with bedrooms and common spaces in each. The main house and guest house are connected by covered exterior decks.

Please do not allow children or pets to ride the elevator unattended. Do not allow a child to stand between the elevator gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway above or below the elevator cab for any reason. Do not operate or attempt to operate the elevator if the cab gate or landing door locking system is not functioning properly. Do not operate or attempt to operate the elevator if you detect any unusual sounds or the ride seems abnormal. If the elevator is not operating properly, do not attempt to service or repair the elevator yourself, please contact our office.
What is there to do at Pineapple Hostel?
Everything was top-quality, and the hostess was very welcoming (via Bookings messages, not in person). She was also very easy to communicate with, and had we wanted more tips/etc., it would have been easy, I'm sure. Love the keyless entry, the lovely decorating, the overall comfort and easy but upscale feel of the place, the helpful binder with info and, above all, the milk frother and yummy organic milk that was provided! It's also located in a nice neighborhood and we walked into the downtown-Denver area easily (maybe 1.5 miles?) though parking down there is not much of a problem. The two-level guest house includes two master bedrooms and a sitting area with a wet bar on the lower level, perfect for a smaller family that may need more space or a quieter area at bedtime. There is an exercise room on the top level of the guest house.

Lockbox entry means that guests will be able to check-in to the home remotely, without having to come to the office, but access to the home is with a physical key. Guests will receive a key code when the home is ready for check-in. Inside the lockbox is a key, which will be used for the duration of stay and must be returned upon checkout. We are conveniently located within 10 miles of three hospitals, alongside many primary care doctors, specialists and pharmacies.
